Requirements for Setup

  • Space: A minimum of 10x10 feet of flat, accessible space is required for each cart.

  • Power Supply: If you require equipment (e.g., for mini pancakes, churros or crepes), access to an electrical outlet is necessary.

Service Duration

  • Standard Service: Our service typically lasts 2 hours, depending on your event's needs.

  • Extended Service: Additional service hours can be arranged for an extra fee.

Setup Timeline

  • Arrival Time: Our team will arrive at least 45 min before the event starts to set up the carts and prepare the food.

  • Breakdown: After the event, we will handle all cleanup and breakdown of the carts.

Additional Services

  • Decorations: Custom decorations can be arranged for an additional fee to match your event theme.

  • Beverage Service: We can also provide beverage options upon request.
